Made a call to dispatch on wednesday to relocate a bin due to a street festival. The lady confirmed. Hadnt heard from them yesterday ( Thursday). At time of this post it's 8.20 Etobicoke time. Tried calling their 1-866 number. Message comes on saying they are open at 8 am. Think they must have mrant 8 pm.
