My coach Mykayla i can't thank you enough for pushing me to be my best of me. I have a long way to go, but knowing your coaches are behind you tailor your workouts for injuries its honestly the best thing. I have reached out to mykayla with many questions and sent picture to make sure my exercises are being done correctly and the feed back ro help me has been excellent. Check mykayla out! I’ve been with GFIT for many years and Makayla and Suzanne have just been THE BEST supportive coach one can ask for! Makayla meets with me regularly to ensure I am accountable to my plan and helps me personalize them. I couldn’t have asked for a more empathetic and motivating coach!!!
I was with GFIT for a little over a year. My coach was Cheryl Hirst who I have known for many years. She was a wonderful and supportive coach throughout my whole fitness and lifestyle journey. I joined the G-Fit Wellness program on a two-month contract but was not satisfied with the overall service. There are other wellness providers offering comparable programs that include weekly virtual sessions — something that was not provided as part of this program. Despite this, I acted in good faith, complied with all terms, and provided adequate notice before the end of my agreement. However, I was still charged after the contract period ended. This review is primarily for Anthony Guzzi, and GFIT. Anthony was my couch and dietitian for 6 months, and was very successful in my results, before signing up with GFIT I was going about my weight loss goals wrong and was actually hurting my gains. Anthony turned everything around for me and started seeing results very fast, even though it’s a long and habit forming program you do see and feel the results weekly.
