When i joined gfit it was recommended through a friend that I should do a consult with Brenden. We clicked right away, he listened to my goals and got to work on a plan for both nutrition and training. Fast forward 10 weeks. Im feel great my training is top notch and we are hitting my goals. Brenden is such a knowledgeable trainer and a really great dude. I couldn't be happier with the guidance given and the support from him

I recommend GFIT wellness especially my coach - Makayla!!! :) to anyone looking for coaching that works long term!! I learned a lot about fuelling my body to lose fat, building healthier habits, and I only wish I found out about GFIT sooner! Makayla helped my now husband and I get in our best shape, look our best, and feel our best for our wedding... Here's a few progress pics from when I was trying out dresses to the final day (about 5 months!!) truly wish I started earlier!
