I tried to make an appointment with my account manager. The digital communication system dropped the first attempt as being unable to connect. The second attempt was also unsuccessful and I was left waiting for the account manager to call me back. This institution has lost its personal touch. The receptionist at the desk as you walked in was so helpful. The staff continue to be very helpful when you are in the bank and dealing with a customer relations agent. Everything is worse now. I can’t even deposit money into the atm without getting a hold put on the money and it knows exactly what you put in. Other banks deposit it automatically. It said 2-5 day hold and it’s been 6 and still on hold. A lot of people planning on leaving. Why would you get Australian owned ATM’s? BEEM seems like a scam you walked straight into. Been downhill since Kelly Thomas retired for sure. (The staff is great) just everything else isn’t anymore.
When I need help with issues way beyond "Banking", estate planning, transferring accounts, probate, trusteeship, someone is always there with sound advice and information. True Customer Service and a great member of the community.
Staff are very nice and helpful. But since this bank has changed its getting worse. Their website for on line banking half the time doesn't work or their cards. I'm afraid all my money is out of that bank now and I will be banking else where.
