The last 10/15/25 I went to this location and get a 3 phase disconnect by $200, when I finished to install it I switched the disconnect to the on position but I heard something. Then I open the box and what I found was a broken pice inside the disconnect( it got break by itshelf). So, I went to the store thinking get a replacement without any other payment but the guy in the store refused to exchange the disconnect, . The argument was that the disconnect was used already.
