I really like the team at the Rexel and Gexpro Dual Banner Location. It’s always easy to reach them by phone, get quick answers about wire availability and pricing, and even place an order in advance. A few times this saved me a lot of time — I just showed up at the scheduled time and my wire was already cut and ready. No waiting around. Highly recommend them.
Worst customer service experience ever. Called my material in ahead of time and still waited an hour and a half for six solar panels I sat at the loading dock and looked at for over an hour. There was my order and there was dozens of people walking by but no one but the guy behind the counter taking a walk up order could help me. Again I called this in ahead of time to save time.
