Disgusting service
Bought a Gender Reveal Balloon from here. Cost was around $50. Went to blow it up for the day with a helium tank I purchased from spotlight as I had many other balloons to blow up. Said balloon popped after following all instructions and didn't even make it past a quarter of its size. Went for a refund as obviously balloon is faulty/old stock and her excuse was you didn't use our helium. No where in the store does it state you must use there helium.
