HIRE SOMEONE ELSE. Roseanna who is one of the attorneys at this law firm is extremely unprofessional, lacks effective communication and has continuously lost nearly every case where there is push back from a represented tenant attorney. We are the clients and she fails to recognize that. We had a check received slightly after we began the eviction, which was our fault, but she also said we would have never won as the tenant has habitability issues.
