Rude customer service!
I have been going to the beltway location for almost 2 years now and the staff is phenomenal. The two ladies at this location Jakayln and Jamaica are very friendly and kind. Most importantly they are knowledgeable and go above and beyond to welcome you and make you feel comfortable.
I called in this morning because I had an issue with a prescription. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Jakayln. She proved to be the epitome of great customer service and professionalism. She represents the Get Well clinic in a manner they should be proud to have her on their staff. The staff is very professional. Any questions about the services that they offer are explained to the patient. The place is very clean. Jamaica and her partner coworker are very friendly and professional. I have been visiting this Location on beltway 8 in humble Tx. for several years and every time I come back I feel welcome!
