Specifically booked a move that would include a pack of the kitchen, and when I asked, was told they do not use subcontractors. Harry in customer service was nice and said the team would big boxes and would be prepared to pack the kitchen. On moving day, a subcontracted team showed up with no packing materials or boxes. Called customer service and Amy offered no resolution or help, and just told me I could pay $18 for bubble wrap.
