We used this company for the first time in 2019. They were great. This year with them has been a nightmare resulting in an audit from one of their preparers mistakes. We now owe $3,000 to the IRS due to the preparer filing us a single when they have it on file that we are married, even having our marriage license on file! We haven’t heard from these people since May 3rd of 2021 despite multiple emails, texts, etc. asking for answers. Starting to believe some of the scam reviews I’ve read.
Considero que 1 estrella es demasiado para calificarlos. SON unos estafadores y no saben hacer el trabajo. Dicen ser honestos y es mentira me dijeron que cobraron un monto por sus malos servicios y resulto que cobraron 5 veces ese monto. No les gusta dar copia firmadas del recibo de cobro de sus servicios mucho menos firmar la preparacion de los taxes. Manifestando excusas ilogicas. Pendiente con esta gente.
