To start I will say that the office was very clean, neat, and smelled good. This was my parents neighbor and I decided to give the family friend a try. BIG MISTAKE. I decided to get my taxes completed with a different preparer after almost 10 years with the same person. My previous preparer is “old school” and only does paper not E File. I mentioned that to Terri and was like I am not familiar with E File.
