my service was great I have been a client of theres for quite some time I HAVE BEEN TO BOTH LOCATIONS BUCKEYE AND EAST CLEVELAND I have dealt with Sara and Laquetta and also Debby they have all been nice and professional with me and even when a mistake was made they have made sure to take care of it and I HAVE EVEN BEEN REFUNDED ON FEES the problem with the people that are mad is because they went to get money tax service to receive a advance and had no intentions on paying the advance back they happy when they come to get t... read more
First I would tell anyone about this place not even an enemy. The lady that did my taxed lied to me about how much i would be getting back and their fees. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
