This new manager is an absoulte agroant mess. Telling my mother that he might not be able to supply certain services that they CHARGED her for. On top of that trying to sell her stuff overpriced that she easier found a way cheaper option else where. Simply telling her that "he's changing things around here".
The manager Brad is constantly sitting down on the couches while others work, he speaks about private account information on speaker phone, berates and talks down about customers and employees constantly, and is rude all the time. not to mention the lack of cleanliness, and dogs constantly flying around it’s probably one of the worst stores you could possibly go to in sheboygan:/
