Nothing but excuses and stories from Manager. Trashed my washer without telling me. Fables on what really happening, heard zero by phone, text, email, letter. That shows a lot. Called Corporate to find out what going on. Not much better unfortunately. I'd say if you don't need to, PLEASE DON'T!!! A total ripoff, two faced company. ZERO STARS 🌟
