Tania is an incredible coach and person. I worked with her for about 3 years. When I started out seeing her I had an injury with my hand, but I was determined to get my body in shape I was fed up and she said we can work with it. That was just what we did she adapted to the situation and fast forward a year later,I was in the best shape of my life. Working with Coach Tania helped me see nutrition in a new and healthier way. Even though i was leading a healthy lifestyle i was still frustrated with not achieving results. Tania led me in the right direction with her vast knowledge about nutrition. I simply wasn't eating enough. I started working with Tania after I graduated from post-stroke PT. Wow, what a difference! Instead of just exercising, Tania pushes me to reconnect my body in ways I could not have imagined! She does so by adapting each session to my state that day and encouraging me to push myself right to the limit before backing off into stretching. I really appreciate and benefit from her ability to customize my program - gave me the confidence to ski again after my stroke!
