John, the owner of Getem Process Servers & his team did an OUTSTANDING job for me on this case. Attempted service 5 times prior to first court appearance. The first attempt created the opportunity for the seventh attempt that was successful. Ended up with Substituted service with a resident. I wasn't expecting success but was VERY pleasantly surprised with John's team & their diligence. Get Em was swift and competent in serving a pair of defendants who had successfully evaded two previous process servers. I will use them again. The one improvement they could make is a quick update when they start the process (something the other, albeit otherwise unsuccessful, process servers did) so we would know what was happening. Instead we only got a message once they had completed three attempts.
