I've been seeing physio Anu for chronic neck pain. I was pleasantly surprised when she was familiar with my health condition. She is very professional and well informed. I've been attending the clinic for a few weeks now and I'm starting to feel relief from the physio I'm receiving
I had to see a Physio for my lower back spasms and Anu is fantastic, very knowledgable and after my initial assessment recommended the 8 week program that incorporated Reformer Pilates with Physio. Not ever having done Pilates I have to say how fantastic the classes have been. Small class with fantastic instructors and after 5 weeks I have improved feeling much stronger. I recommend Get Better Physio, very friendly staff, best Physio I have been to.
I have been going to Get Better Physiotherapy for some time now - the staff are lovely- and appointments have been easy to organise. Anu has been very helpful setting up a program to reduce my pain and rebuild my physical strength/balance.
I have been seen by Anu Sebastian and she is just amazing. I have had severe osteo arthritis and my muscles have been very tight. The pain has been there for years. Anu has relaxed my muscles that has helped me to walk without pain. God bless u Anu. I am very happy with the treatment. Strongly recommend Get Better.
