I had a very nice car to drive while my own car was being fixed. The car was good and was delivered to the repairer ok but I kept getting calls asking can I have your rego papers as they needed it. I felt that the insurance dealing with the claim should have been contacted not me. I felt a bit pressured to prove that I owned the car. I know this was an insurance issue so why was I involved?

Have not used there services directly, but have purchased a car that was owned by them in the past, the car had an encumberance or conditonal listing on the PPSR report that was not removed months after purchase, after being initially told by the original owner that he was told by them within the day or next day, after many calls i get told that this would not be able to be done in the following week, this incompetence and lack of action has basically meant i cannot sell my car till they choose to remove the PPSR listing.
