Worst jump place for kids we have ever been to! Daughter fell on her back doing the tightrope and there was no padding underneath the cover that should have been padded like everywhere else, knocked the wind out of her and all the manager said was "Will you be taking her to an emergency room, I hope not, because we don't need anything else bad coming from this place?" We were there 5-10 mins max. Never once even offered a refund or any kind of help at all. Place is not safe and should be shut down!
Great customer service, and a great place to host a party for kids!
Carpet was dirty needed to be vacuum. Video game arcades was dusty but other then that kids seem to have fun.
