Hidden gem! I went for my birthday and was just thinking I need to go back. The staff is sooooo professional and friendly. The room designs are creative and intuitive, yet challenging enough to be entertaining. My group escaped but it was getting down to the wire!
Was very disrespectful. Joe the employee accuse me of smoking weed with my kids saying we smelled. Also I booked my event ahead of time and then at the very last minute said they were changing our room from the chocolate factory to the zodiac. No one wants to do the zodiac with little kids. Joe was very ignorant with our whole experience. We didn't even have a chance to do any room. This was the first and last time I will ever come to this place.wl
Awesome time. Comfortable environment. The staff were helpful and fun. Definitely would like to do all of the rooms.
