Gesa seems ok except for very few offices or cash machines but there are lots of highly negative reviews so maybe they are not ok. i am not sure.
I recently financed a car through GESA, and my auto loan is with them. When I tried to make my first payment through their app, it simply didn’t work. I ended up having to drive to a branch just to try to pay my loan. When I arrived, the teller didn’t even greet me. I explained that the app wasn’t letting me make my payment, and he casually told me I’d have to wait a few days for my account to connect. I’ve never had that issue with any other bank.
