I am very disappointed with Gesa. I have had the same bank account for 20 years - initially with School Employees CU, then Inspirus, and now Gesa. With zero communication, Gesa unilaterally changed their policy around my ability to overdraft. I don't use Gesa frequently and had not recognized it was connected to an old PayPal account. This company is trash. They told me that they would not charge me with a ballon payment pending the decision from the gap insurance company, who them selves also did not notify me of a denial. This has caused my credit score to take a massive hit. This is bad practice and I would not recommend them at all.
Easy (and free!) to get a cashiers check. Also used this location in the past for car financing stuff. Small but efficient.
Always receive friendly, great service but getting to the one person in the enclosed office is 50/50. The second desk is the reason for the star off. It is as private at the Starbucks walk up counter just no coffee. Even the contact your teller on the ATM seems quite exposed. Very clean area that is appreciated. Please keep it staffed, it is reassuring to complete transactions with a human touch.
