We got financing for an auto loan at a dealership and it landed with GESA. Just trying to get my online account to work right, get the loan number recognized by my bill pay system at my credit union, four calls to customer service, what should have been 10 minutes took 2 hours... and a call to BECU my credit union to refinance this auto loan just so I can now get away from GESA. My experience with Gesa Credit Union has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. On February 14, I submitted my final car loan payoff of approximately $3,800 from my savings account. I tried to make the payment from my debit card and ran into an error in Gesa's payment portal so I decided to make an ACH payment from my savings account.
