Gesa claims to help the community, but seems to be all show. They have held my money a number of times and are always a pain. Records are hard to get. If you want the real story check out their other online profiles many one star reviews all over the internet.
Because of a negative account balance due to my direct deposit being 31 days not 30 my courtesy pay amount was set to $0. Especially during this time when we cant work. Despicable business practices. NEVER USE THEM THEY EONT CARE ABOUT THIS COMMUNITY!
Inspirus has been wonderful to work with. Their loan process is quick and easy and their loan rates are excellent. We highly recommend them vs a traditional bank.
The worst bank you can use if you want to use mobile banking or do anything online, the app never works and dont bother trying to get ahold of them after 5pm or on weekends.
