Lindsey Stevens is a Home Loan Officer here, and she recently helped my Client with a difficult loan on a property he ended up purchasing. Lindsey did such an incredible job. What should have been a tedious & difficult transaction ended up closing SEAMLESSLY with ZERO stress. I can't recommend her enough, and she is now a reference for my future Clients.
Gesa claims to help the community, but seems to be all show. They have held my money a number of times and are always a pain. Records are hard to get. If you want the real story check out their other online profiles many one star reviews all over the internet.
Because of a negative account balance due to my direct deposit being 31 days not 30 my courtesy pay amount was set to $0. Especially during this time when we cant work. Despicable business practices. NEVER USE THEM THEY EONT CARE ABOUT THIS COMMUNITY!
Inspirus has been wonderful to work with. Their loan process is quick and easy and their loan rates are excellent. We highly recommend them vs a traditional bank.
