Today I got a letter threatening to report my late payment (one day late), to credit bureaus, the letter said it could also reflect on my credit report. Small amount on a low balance. One day late. Good credit . Loyal customer. Stayed with them despite errors. Threat to report to credit bureaus for a one day late payment? No mention of grace period? I close my account tomorrow.
