Worst bank ever, every single thing has been a nightmare with them.
Cannot log in thru a desktop or website for over a week and their "customer service" says they cannot do anything. They just say sorry and move on. Pretty lame they don't have a real IT department to help and refuses to transfer me to anyone else, just tells me it's a fault on my end when I've tried multiple computers/phones=connections/addresses/etc. I guess I'll have to close everything because I have no way to log in.
We went to GESA's Lynnwood branch to open an account, as well as navigate some online banking questions on how to remain safe and secure. Rhys was communicative & professional in his respect for our needs, privacy, and schedule. I heartily recommend the bank and this branch, and commend them on the quality of their staff, as well as the excessive height of their ceiling.
