Don't get a credit card from Jeremy at this branch. I did and he told me it was 6 months no interest and after 3 months I discovered that I was being charged interst. I then spoke with multiple managers on the phone which told me their was nothing they could do about it that I was given 6 months no interest on a balance transfer. Well he left that very important info out upon giving me the card. Also it took talking to over 8 people and going into the branch to just set a pin number for my card. Quite disappointed after my interaction today, apparently I don’t look the part of typical GESA credit union member as Kyle went out of his way to make sure that I knew I was able to use the ATMs outside in the future, even going so far as to tell me that I should up the limit that me other bank allows me to pull out of the ATM so that I can just use those for my banking needs……. Im good enough on paper to be given a car loan but in person I guess I shouldn’t be allowed in the building. Great customer service!!

WARNING: NIGHTMARE BANK EXPERIENCE — DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH! I am absolutely disgusted by the way this branch treated me. I went in to withdraw $17,000 from funds I had just liquidated from my cryptocurrency . At the desk, the staff told me I could wait in the lobby while they prepared my $10,000 in cash and $7,000 cashier’s check . I got there at 4:20 PM and was done inside the bank by about 4:30 PM.
