Every time I go to Gesa Bank it takes forever, especially at this location. The lines are always long and the wait is ridiculous. They desperately need a better system. Extremely frustrating experience.
I was with Gesa for at least 25 years. The last few times into Gesa have been unbearable. Two tellers couldn't figure where all my deposits went and they knew less about the Gesa app than i did. Watch out for Marie at the Huntington street location she is just a teller but acts like she owns the place. Very rude and if you make large deposits it feels like she thinks you must be a fraud. She said their suppose to ask questions now to see if the customer gets nervous or changes their story about the deposit. They look at you ... read more
