Fast friendly service with a smile!
What an awful bank. Who's in charge lately had an account since I was eight. They are just greedy and online banking lacks features. It's the 21st century I shouldn't even have to talk to a teller or some random person from another country. Lack of professionalism.
Beside the fact that the entire Gesa Credit Union corporation is the worst (with standard practices that border on illegal), this particular branch is the slowest and possibly the most inefficient. Today i sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. There was one person in front of me that took forever, and then while she sat in the drive thru after her transaction was complete and played with her dog, the teller walked away from the drive thru window.
