Can I just say this branch (1st St in Yakima) always gives the most amazing and caring service ever! I’ve come to talk to a manger twice after getting not so great service at other branches concerning delicate situations and the managers at this branch are always so kind and understanding. Today i came in and the two ladies that assisted me (one was a manager) were patient, showed genuine care, and did what they could to help and talked me through any issues. they won't notify you if you have a late payment. for some reason my automatic withdrawal for my loan payment gets returned to the account I use to pay my loan and my loan goes unpaid and they will let MONTHS go by before they will let you know if they will at all (i had to find out myself BOTH TIMES)! meanwhile my credit score gets shot and I have no idea and this is the 2nd time this has happened to us! beyond frustrating!!!! this is for the the whole gesa credit union not just one specific branch!!!!
