Went inside to pay my car note and walked out approved for a credit card and opened a checking & savings account the ladies were so helpful well mannered and they took care me Stephanie worked wonders for me thank god for today please check them out and make sure Gesa give all three ladies a raise they were overly helpful I’m so thankful for today’s experience

The staff is so professional and nice Vanessa did my loan application and she so calm and so nice
So disappointing was making my payments over the phone now I can't...customer service was like dealing with someone on the corner..rude, laughing at customers, not offering any answers....
They make it so challenging to just make payments for auto loans. I am seriously trying to give them money but to login or even use express pay is a nightmare. Then when you become frustrated they are condescending "this is actually a really easy service to use - I am trying to explain it to you." I have done it correctly! And they'll charge you for paying by phone! Just take my money and let me get on with my life.
