I was a member for ten years, going back to when this was still Washington State Teachers Credit Union and Inspirus. Since GESA Credit Union took over, the quality of service has declined significantly. In my experience, the organization seems more focused on management than on serving its members. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, both in terms of customer service and the branch environment. I came almost the way out here to withdraw money only to find it closed when website says 6. Get it together
The hours are inaccurate! The branch actually closes at 5pm and is open until 6pm on Friday only!!!
