staff seems generally uninterested. i went to pay off my car and they barely spoke with me and just whispered to each other and the just told me to pay it online. they really provided no assistance
Gesa is trash. Poor transition practices and lack of communication. This bank is a snapshot of what's wrong with our banking system.
