I have been a member with Gesa since I was a teen. The workers have always been kind to me. Do not borrow money from them. I have never had so many issues with payments as I do with Gesa. I will immediately be taking my business elsewhere, as I've finally hit my last straw. The app used to lock me out so id have to call everytime to make my payment. What an awful bank. Who's in charge lately had an account since I was eight. They are just greedy and online banking lacks features. It's the 21st century I shouldn't even have to talk to a teller or some random person from another country. Lack of professionalism.
I like banking at Gesa I’m a longtime member and have never had a complaint until today. I feel that I was disrespected in the drive-through. I was given a bad $100 bill. One corner of the bill was completely missing. I pushed the call button to request help and was told that they were helping somebody that they would get to me. I had just received my money in my mind I am still in line. If I was inside the bank, I have the right to count my money and look at the money to ensure they’re giving me what I asked for.
