I like banking at Gesa I’m a longtime member and have never had a complaint until today. I feel that I was disrespected in the drive-through. I was given a bad $100 bill. One corner of the bill was completely missing. I pushed the call button to request help and was told that they were helping somebody that they would get to me. I had just received my money in my mind I am still in line. If I was inside the bank, I have the right to count my money and look at the money to ensure they’re giving me what I asked for. Customer service line is terrible, long waits, poor service!
Unavailable for 24 hour help. Literally the worst experiences woth this bank. They will shut my credit card down if I make a small charge, but when im reporting fraud nothing happens and I cant reach anyone to help. I have every account with this bank and ready to switch back to US Bank whos always given me perfect 24 hour service, protected me from fraud, etc. Never have I struggled with a bank until now. For this dat and age, you should be able to get 24 hour service and less run around. Do NOT feel protected at all.
