Great customer service always friendly. The staff is wonderful. It’s kind of an old-time fill where when you go into the branch, they know your name they say hi very friendly. Awesome filling.
I love GESA! They have great customer service, and an outstanding fraud department. Yes, it’s maddening when they lock my account due to suspicious fraud, but at least they are keeping my $ safe. The employees are friendly and efficient as well.
Can't switch from them fast enough! 2 horrible experiences within the last 2 months. Sending new cards, while canceling our current cards with no notifications. 0 customer service. App update is the worst. I could go on, but easy to say, don't bother with GESA, you will regret it!
STCU is far better I promise
