If I could give zero stars I would. We have never had issues with Security State Bank when paying our mortgage from all the way in Tennessee, until they were bought out by Gesa. Every time we have tried to wire our mortgage, the wire failed, yet they were happy keeping the $25 fee each time. Their reason for the failed wire transfer was “invalid account number”… the account number was not invalid. All routing and account numbers stayed the same. We made a visit in to Gesa and they even told us all numbers are still the same ... read more
I used other Credit Union banks around the area and didn't like the feeling of the atmosphere. They weren't very friendly but all the people at the Gesa Credit Union are soooo friendly and get to know thur customer. You just get a good vibe just walking in. Im all about the vibe and friendliness.
Genuinely good friendly staff friendly environment they decorate for the seasons makes you feel a little bit more family all who work the counter are super helpful when things get confusing and all who work there get what we desire done quite swiftly . Truly an wonderful bank for Raymond
