Worst experience I've had at a bank. Have my auto loan through them, and tried to refinance. Well before they ran my credit, I asked if I needed to start a bank account with them before they run it. Lady said she doesn't think so and was fairly new. She had to get help multiple times. After being approved she told me I needed an account which I wasn't going to do. Worest bank in town took my check pressed it the tell me it's to large to with draw what a smart banker
I was set up for courtesy pay & a few other options that were shut off by Gesa then I was told that I had no money in my account when in actuality there was $500 in my account. I'll be closing my account & returning to WSCU where management listens with a compassionate ear as well as top tier tellers with a positive personality. Do NOT bank here it's a scam!
