Worest bank in town took my check pressed it the tell me it's to large to with draw what a smart banker
I was set up for courtesy pay & a few other options that were shut off by Gesa then I was told that I had no money in my account when in actuality there was $500 in my account. I'll be closing my account & returning to WSCU where management listens with a compassionate ear as well as top tier tellers with a positive personality. Do NOT bank here it's a scam!
Worst customer service ever. I’m currently working through an auto loan, which is taking unreasonably long. My home loan process went way faster at another credit union. Everyone at Gesa has a “their always right attitude”. I have the pleasure of working with Patty Sessions who comes off as always right, a little toxic. They don’t care about the customer nor do they listen. Please go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle. Customer is always right attitude goes a long way.
