I was in a motorcycle accident 05/17/26, 8:20pm. A vehicle failed to yield and ran me off the road entering the expressway, and fled the scene. The next day, 05/18/26, I contacted Gervelis requesting information about representation. I was told that I would be contacted by end of day. I was not. On 05/19/26 Gervelis composed a letter stating that they were unable to represent me due to “No Representation/Statute of Limitations” ?!?!?! This was one of the only places that sent me something in the mail for my daughter‘s car accident. I called them to see if it was even worthwhile for my daughter‘s case and apparently it wasn’t because they took my information down and then said someone would get back with me here we are a week later and no phone calls or nothing. The case wasn’t worth their time so they didn’t even bother to give a phone call to even say that they just decided to cut communication off.
Great firm! The attorneys and staff are all so helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!
