The service is always very good . The people behind the counter are very friendly and helpful. The chocolate is always fresh and they have a huge selection of case chocolates , box smidgens and more . Perfect location in Rockaway inside the mall.
Went to Gertrude Hawk Chocolates 30 minutes before closing and you’d think we walked in 30 seconds before. The cashier lady and her assistant made it very clear they were ready to go, and the attitude completely ruined our Valentine’s Day excitement. If the chocolate is priced this high, the customer service should at least be sweet too. If you don’t like your job, then quit!
