I decided to stop in because my friend is a big fan of the chocolates and recommended them. However, the staff was very cold and unwelcoming from the get-go. The staff never welcomed or acknowledged my friends and I until awhile of wondering and waiting at the counter. I asked the male staff member what exactly an ice cream bar is and he sarcastically responded with “an ice cream bar” and laughed as he rolled his eyes. Thank you to the two guys working tonight I enjoyed my frozen cheese cake so many options no bananas 😞
Came in on the night of 05/17 at around 7pm. Was welcomed right away. There was only one young lady working and she was so polite and assertive. I purchased some chocolate and two caramel apples. They were absolutely delicious and fresh. Will definitely be coming back soon!
Went to purchase gifts however were made to feel so unwelcome and ignored that my wife and I decided to go elsewhere. I used to enjoy the chocolate many years ago - we stopped shopping here for the same reason. I personally will not shop here again; certainly not worth my time and there are plenty of chocolatiers. Some things never change.
