First of all staff was very kind and willing to help me, Chocolate is amazing I would highly recommend the peanut butter chocolate cookies they are to die for!
Staff are polite and helpful. I was looking for a thank you gift. I went with a premade pack of assorted chocolate bars in a nicely decorated package. You can choose from the premade packages or choose your own chocolate bars to make a gift pack.
This place has great chocolate among other stuff, but I have to admit the prices and way too high.
Love me my Gertrude.
The last couple times I have been there, the staff was very polite and helpful. Love their salted caramels, white chocolate PB cups and more. There are less expensive items if you don’t want to spend a lot. My only suggestion..: PLEASE play some MUSIC. It’s so quiet and awkward! Other than that- I love it. Good rewards program too… great place to treat yourself.
