I bought an office chair from Gerstel in January. Larry was gracious and helpful in walking me through a number of models that fit what I was looking for, and I ended up with a sharp-looking Haworth Zody. After a couple months, I wanted to add lumbar support to it but wasn’t sure how that might work. I'm happy with the furniture I got from Larry. He knows what he's selling. Good sturdy standing desks at better prices than if I bought them new. Park in front of his office, check in with him, and he can take you to the warehouse behind the building for more items. His delivery crew was on time and efficient.

I was in need of an ergonomic chair. I called ahead and spoke with Larry to ask him if they had chairs that would fit a petite frame. He invited me to come in and assured me they had great options available. He was incredibly helpful and showed me a video on how I could purchase a head rest and install it. Highly recommend and loved that they were open on a Saturday.

Highly recommend this place. If you're in the market for a really nice office chair, save yourself some money and go to Gerstel. They have tons of used chairs that are practically new for super good prices. Scored a 1000 dollar chair for 300! Larry will treat you right!

I went in during a slow period and spoke to Larry about office chairs. He was incredibly helpful, but make sure you do some research on how to adjust chairs (or do it on your phone in the store). In the end, he suggested I try out three chairs (Leap V2, Aeron, and the Mirra), and I walked out with the Mirra
