They could improve by actually doing what they charge customers for or refund for the services they did not actually do. I have an older Acura that needed to be inspected, cleaned and repaired to get it ready for my son to drive. I was recommended to Ger's before with no issue. I was recommended by the same person and this time received a completely different experience. I was told that they would run a diagnostic. It's reasonably priced and the staff is so courteous.
Overall it is ok I've had a lot of work done to my vehicle here and generally they do a good job. I brought my vehicle in and they were supposed to get parts fix my vehicle by 4 p.m. then never got the parts because the supply house was closed which was the dealership other than that one out of five ain't bad.
