Our company manages 450 units in the area. We purchase all of our appliance parts from them. We also have moved our appliance repair business to them, they do a great job.
Got off to a rocky start with the scheduler who called to schedule our appointment and the owner of the company. That being said, they did what they said and sent their tech to our home first thing Monday morning. Peter was professional, knowledgeable and thorough, going above and beyond to listen to what we had experienced with the refrigerator and the recommendation of a service rep that had been sent by GE earlier. Half hour late but he did the job. Pricing surely up there but that comes with years of experience or YouTube videos as the guy suggested.
Stay away.they sent 2 different tech to fix it they have no clue what they doing
Although not broken, I had issues with both washer and dryer that were over 7 years old. The service was really good particularly with customer relations and scheduling for service. Everything was fixed and complete within about a week. Parts were quite pricey and seemed to be slightly innocuous to the functioning of the appliances ($693 when complete) but everything was smooth and now my worries about having to go out and purchase anew are gone. A successful transaction! I would definitely return for service here!
