The Germinal Theater is Denver's oldest non-profit theatrical troupe. This talented group of actors has been challenging local audiences for more than 25 years with a wide range of productions. From the absurdist ramblings of Pinter to the traditional dramas of O'Neil to more obscure plays by Enquist, the theater presents a welcome alternative to the town's more commercial offerings. A converted storefront space, located in northwest Denver, houses the intimate 100-seat theater.

This place is wonderful. Same ownership for decades. They put on straight forward productions of many classics like Tennessee Williams or Eugene o'neill, always well acted. Support your local theater
