This was my first time going to Germantown Day Spa and I requested dip nails. My nails looked horrible. My nails were not shaped and the dip was super thick and looked awful. The receptionist provided me with the owner’s number, upon which I texted a picture of my nails and explained how dissatisfied and disappointed I was. Well the owner never responded. This was very unprofessional. I don’t care how nice a shop looks if the service is horrible, it will not be a shop for me. Needless to say I won’t be returning.
