Placed an online order July 2022. No contact or order updates from the seller. I finally got in touch in November 2022 once several of the gift occasions had passed and I had still no order. I was encouraged to keep waiting because the items “might come in”. I finally asked for a refund then was hit with a restocking fee for the items that WERE NOT IN STOCK.
