With all the negative reviews, I'm surprised you are still open for business. The care (or lack thereof) my late mother received was deplorable. I (along with my sisters) were with her 5-6 days a week for several hours and not once did an aide or a nurse come in to see if she needed anything. She was unable to eat, drink or go to the bathroom on her own due to her declining health. She laid in bed while she needed all of the above. This review is for a rehab admission for an elderly parent. I was astonished at the poor level of care being offered. I found inadequate staffing and unskilled personnel, at many levels. I visited my parent nearly every day at various times and witnessed this. My mother had an exacerbation of her cardiac condition (not in rehab for this). I brought this concern to multiple individuals (LPNs, PT, CNAs, including the PA. I have a relative staying here. Her phone has had issues for over a week. Despite calling several times, speaking to many different people and being on hold for long amounts of time I have not been put through to her room — even when I give the room number. I know the phone is broken from family who visited but when I told the nurses station this I was ignored. I wish you had more regard for the families of your patients. MY 92 year old mother died in your care. From the day she was brought in back in April 2024 to September 2024 she was ignored, abused, basically not taken care of even after multiple times requesting the staff take better care of her. The things that I witnessed by the staff WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE to me. The staff has/had no regard for care. I was told by the CEO/COO that he "wasn't aware" of that. How could you NOT KNOW what goes on at the place that you "Supposedly " are the CEO/COO of?

MY 92 year old mother was abused, ignored, not well taken care of. She SHOULD have been sent to Hospice in July 2024, but these people said it wasn't time. (BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO LINE THEIR POCKETS). Needless to say my mother passed away in their care and I am DISGUSTED And saying sorry Mr. CEO doesn't bring my mother back. How do you sleep at night?
