I initially contacted Mr. Thorlton's partner in Germany for a repatriation matter, and in the beginning, things looked positive. Mr. Baumfalk seemed competent, likeable, and eager to pursue this for me. However, I should have seen the writing on the wall: communication was spotty from the get-go, and when I got the letter of enagement from this place, they couldn't even get my name right - it was addressed to a "Mr. Lewis".
