Tristan, Sierra, Kim, and Dennis are AWESOME! Love, love, love this bank. Doesn't matter which branch you go to they are always friendly & helpful.
I have several accounts with this bank and they do NOT take care of their customers. Their customer service is horrible. Not just this location, the company.
You have a very good staff that work hard to help people.
Have been a Cub Bank customer for 20 years. This was my first time to visit this location. Very convenient for Springhurst area. Very easy to navigate. I used the drive-through service and it was very efficient. The employee who assisted me was very friendly and professional. Will definitely use this location again when I’m in this area.
