I’ve had nothing but complications since CUB Bank became GermanAmerican Bank. Worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Will be switching banks.
If I could give zero stars I would: I had a HELOC which I had established with cub bank. Cub was bought out. I had never used the HELOC and now need to use it. I called in to simply ask how to get the money out of my already established HELOC. Customer service is non-existent. You cannot directly call the specific branch, and to even get on the phone with a human being will take upwards of 20 minutes on hold.
