Your money is not protected I don’t recommend.
Always great service and friendly staff.
So roughly a year ago I put up $500 of my own money in cash to secure a credit card and I've used the card from time to time making minimum payments and found out they are charging me interest for the outstanding balance. Yes you read correctly they are charging me interest for using my own money. I will be cancelling that card as I will not pay to borrow my own money in no real world scenario is this justified. They are using bank lingo mumbojumbo to effectively steal my money
Worst experience from any other German American banks I've ever had. Would much rather drive further away for better service. Would never recommend this branch.
