I visit the Hanover Indiana branch at least 3 times a week and have been for years. Everyone has been extremely nice except for today. I was unlucky enough to have to deal with Theresa Smith. Rude old witch if you want my opinion. I was on the phone with a business acquaintance and he heard her. He couldn’t believe someone at a bank would talk to their customer that way.
