I gave Don Blaszka $10,000 to take my case to trial. While awaiting trial in jail he didnt come to visit with me half of the times he said he was, then convinced me to take a plea bargain because he wasn't confident that he could prove my innocence. A plea bargain doesnt take even half the amount of time and effort that going to trial would. He kept every dollar that I paid him for a job that he didn't even do.
