I had to talk with him about a business matter and found him to be very helpful, informative, and kind. He gave me options to solve my problems and I did not feel pressured.
I contacted Charles regarding my case, and he helped me out so much without ever meeting me or asking me for a dime. He walked me through the entire process and sent me links on how to do it myself.
I do not recommend Gerlach. This was one of the worst times of my life. I was extremely stressed and depressed, and I had to fire him because he bullied me by repeatedly asking for more money even after I ended his services. He misrepresented me in court, acted in favor of the prosecutor instead of defending me, and caused me significant emotional distress.
