Mark Geris was quite helpful when scheduling a first meeting to gain our business, and their rate was decent, but after that he forwarded every contact possible to the office manager, who is pretty rude, to say the least. The office manager also doesn't return most calls or emails, unless you leave messages for Mark complaining. Not only are they difficult to communicate with, they screwed up our taxes because they don't know how to do electric car credits. The communication was terrible. I had to follow up multiple times, and it still took over six weeks for them to return our Quickbooks Accountants Copy file to us. They don't have the most recent version of QB, and they didn't bother getting it before tax season. They clearly don't care about the customer. We'll be taking our business elsewhere.
